Initial Ordering Tips
1) Determine your Menu
First Step is to list all of the specials you have in your menu in an excel sheet including the Special name, what snow flavors it consists of, the toppings needed. For example, below is a sample list for Classic Menu:

Listing out the toppings will also help you purchase the necessary toppings for your menu***
2) Create Ratios
Second step is to create ratios of the Snow Flavors. In the example above, list out the flavors and count how many times they are needed for a menu item:
Strawberry: 1
Chocolate: 1
Cookies: 1
Vanilla: 3
Mango: 1
Pineapple: 1
Coconut: 1
PBC: 1
Coffee: 1
Orange: 1
Cotton Candy: 1
When placing your Order, utilize the ratios. In this example, Vanilla must be order 3x as much per 1 unit of other snow flavor ordered.

3) Shipping Method and Overall Quantity
Things to keep in mind for initial ordering:
a) Order in quantities dependent on your projected sale. For example, if you project to make $20K per month, and if 1 flavor box can potentially make $1K, then your order quantity should be at least 20 flavor boxes
b) Flavor popularity. As you continue to operate, you will learn which flavors sell more and modify your ratios accordingly.
c) Shipping method and Quantities. Control your cash flow via quantities ordered. Our shipping methods are flexible wether you want to do Freight or Ground. Freight is designed for huge quantities, utilizing a lower shipping cost per box but sacrifices for a larger inventory bill. Ground is for smaller quantities with higher shipping rates per box but in the benefit freeing up cash flows. Please check out ordering tips for more info.
